    The Duke of Gloucester this afternoon opened the New Library at Magdalene College, Cambridge, and was received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Cambridgeshire (Mrs. Julie Spence).

    His Royal Highness this evening attended a Dinner at Magdalene College to celebrate the opening of the New Library.

    The Duke of Gloucester this morning visited Northampton Museum and Art Gallery, 4-6 Guildhall Road, Northampton, and, having been received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Northamptonshire (Mr. James Saunders Watson), met representatives from the Worshipful Company of Cordwainers celebrating their Seven Hundred and Fiftieth Anniversary.

    His Royal Highness afterwards visited Moulton College, West Street, Moulton, and was received by Mrs. Morcea Walker (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Northamptonshire).

    The Duke of Gloucester this afternoon visited Prince William School, Herne Road, Oundle, Northamptonshire, to mark their Fiftieth Anniversary and to open the Gloucester Hall.
