The Queen, accompanied by The Prince of Wales, this afternoon received representatives from the Health Services of the four Nations of the United Kingdom and presented George Crosses to NHS England, Northern Ireland Health and Social Care System, NHS Scotland and NHS Wales.
The Prince of Wales, on behalf of The Queen, held an Investiture at Windsor Castle this morning.

The Queen held a Council at 4.00 p.m..
There were present: the Rt. Hon. Mark Spencer MP (Lord President), the Rt. Hon. Stephen Barclay MP, the Rt. Hon. Sir Robert Buckland MP, the Rt. Hon. Gregory Clark MP, the Rt. Hon. James Cleverly MP, and the Rt. Hon. Nadhim Zahawi MP.
Mr. Shailesh Vara MP was sworn in as a member of Her Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council.
The following took the Oath of Office, kissed hands upon appointment and received the Seals of Office: the Rt. Hon. Nadhim Zahawi MP (as Chancellor of the Exchequer), the Rt. Hon. Gregory Clark MP (as Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities), the Rt. Hon. Stephen Barclay MP (as Secretary of State for Health and Social Care), the Rt. Hon. James Cleverly MP (as Secretary of State for Education), the Rt. Hon. Shailesh Vara (as Secretary of State for Northern Ireland) and the Rt. Hon. Sir Robert Buckland (as Secretary of State for Wales).
Mr. Richard Tilbrook was in attendance as Clerk of the Council.
The Rt. Hon. Mark Spencer MP had an audience of Her Majesty before the Council.
After the Council the Rt. Hon. Christopher Malthouse MP had an audience of The Queen, was sworn Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, kissed hands upon his appointment and received from Her Majesty the Seals of Office.

The Rt. Hon. Boris Johnson MP (Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury) had an audience of The Queen via telephone this morning.
His Excellency Mr. Ulan Djusupov was received in audience by Her Majesty today via video link and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the Kyrgyz Republic to the Court of St. James's.
Mrs. Djusupova was also received by The Queen.
His Excellency Mr. Miguel Berger was received in audience by Her Majesty via video link and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the Federal Republic of Germany to the Court of St. James's.
Sir Philip Barton (Permanent Under-Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs) was present.
The Duke of Cambridge, on behalf of The Queen, held an Investiture at Buckingham Palace this morning.

Mr. Vincent Thompson (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Essex) was present at Stansted Airport, London, this afternoon upon the Arrival of The Sultan of Oman and welcomed His Majesty on behalf of The Queen.

Palace Of Holyroodhouse
The Queen was represented by The Prince Charles, Duke of Rothesay and The Princess Royal, accompanied by Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence, this morning when Their Royal Highnesses and Admiral Laurence attended a Service in St. Giles' Cathedral for the Installation of Lady Elish Angiolini as a Lady of the Most Ancient and Most Noble Order of the Thistle and Sir George Reid as a Knight of the Most Ancient and Most Noble Order.
The Prince Charles, Duke of Rothesay and The Princess Royal, accompanied by Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence, were received at St. Giles' Cathedral by the Chancellor of the Thistle (the Earl of Airlie) and the Minister of St Giles' (the Reverend Calum MacLeod).
A Guard of Honour was mounted in Parliament Square West by The Queen's Body Guard for Scotland, Royal Company of Archers, with the Colours of the Royal Company, under the command of Lieutenant Colonel Johnny Stewart, and accompanied by the Band of The Royal Regiment of Scotland.
The Queen gave a Lunch Party at the Palace of Holyroodhouse for the Most Noble Order of the Thistle.
The following were invited: the Earl and Countess of Airlie, the Lord and Lady Mackay of Clashfern, the Lord and Lady Wilson of Tillyorn, the Lord and Lady Steel of Aikwood, the Lord and Lady Robertson of Port Ellen, the Lord and Lady Cullen of Whitekirk, the Lord and Lady Hope of Craighead, the Lord and Lady Patel, the Lord Smith of Kelvin, the Duke of Buccleuch and Queensberry, Sir Ian and Lady Wood, Lady Elish Angiolini and Mr. Domenico Angiolini, Sir George and Lady Reid, the Dean of the Thistle (the Very Reverend Professor David Fergusson), Mrs. Christopher Roads (Secretary of the Thistle), Dr. Joseph Morrow (Lord Lyon King of Arms) and Rear Admiral Christopher Layman (Gentleman Usher of the Green Rod).
The Queen, accompanied by The Prince Charles, Duke of Rothesay, this afternoon received The Queen's Body Guard for Scotland, Royal Company of Archers, in the garden who presented the Reddendo to Her Majesty which The Queen was graciously pleased to accept.
Her Majesty later left the Palace of Holyroodhouse.

The Rt. Hon. Nicola Sturgeon MSP (First Minister of the Scottish Government) was received by Her Majesty.
The Prince Charles, Duke of Rothesay, on behalf of The Queen, gave an Afternoon Party in the garden of the Palace of Holyroodhouse.
The Earl and Countess of Wessex and Forfar and The Princess Royal and Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence were present.
The Queen's Body Guard for Scotland, Royal Company of Archers and the High Constables of the Palace of Holyroodhouse were on duty.
The Royal Marine Band Scotland, the Band of The Royal Regiment of Scotland and the Royal Scottish Pipers' Society played selections of music during the afternoon.
By command of The Queen, Mr. Alistair Harrison (Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps) called upon His Excellency Mr. Lars Thuesen at 55 Sloane Street, London SW1, this morning in order to bid farewell to His Excellency upon relinquishing his appointment as Ambassador from the Kingdom of Denmark to the Court of St. James's.

Palace Of Holyroodhouse
The Queen this morning attended an Armed Forces Act of Loyalty Parade in the gardens of the Palace of Holyroodhouse to mark Her Majesty's Platinum Jubilee.
A Tri-Service Guard of Honour under the command of Major Robert Weir, Balaklava Company, The Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders, 5th Battalion The Royal Regiment of Scotland, with the Band of the Royal Marines Scotland, the Pipes and Drums of The Royal Highland Fusiliers, 2nd Battalion The Royal Regiment of Scotland, and Cadets from the three Services were on Parade.
The Queen was received with a Royal Salute.
Brigadier Andrew Muddiman RM (Naval Regional Commander Scotland and Northern Ireland), Major General William Wright (General Officer Scotland) and Air Vice-Marshal Ross Paterson (Air Officer Scotland) were presented to Her Majesty by Lord Lyon King of Arms (Dr. Joseph Morrow).
Subsequently, the Governor of Edinburgh Castle (Major General Alastair Bruce of Crionaich), assisted by three Service Cadets, surrendered to The Queen the Keys of the Castle which Her Majesty returned to him.
Mr. John Wallace was received by The Queen today when Her Majesty presented him with The Queen's Medal for Music.
Ms. Judith Weir (Master of The Queen's Music) was present.
Sir George Reid was received by The Queen this afternoon when Her Majesty invested him with the Insignia of a Knight of the Most Ancient and Most Noble Order of the Thistle.
The Princess Royal, on behalf of The Queen, held an Investiture at the Palace of Holyroodhouse this afternoon.

The Queen, accompanied by The Earl and Countess of Wessex and Forfar, arrived at Edinburgh Waverley Railway Station this morning.
Her Majesty, accompanied by Their Royal Highnesses, drove to the Palace of Holyroodhouse and was received in the Forecourt by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of the City of Edinburgh (Councillor Robert Aldridge, the Rt. Hon. the Lord Provost) and members of the City of Edinburgh Council, when the Rt. Hon. the Lord Provost surrendered to The Queen the Keys of the City, which Her Majesty returned to him.
A Guard of Honour found by Balaklava Company, The Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders, 5th Battalion The Royal Regiment of Scotland, under the command of Major Robert Weir, was mounted in the Forecourt.
Afterwards The Queen was received inside the Palace by the Hereditary Keeper (the Duke of Hamilton and Brandon).
