    The Queen held a Council at 2.30 p.m..

    There were present: the Rt. Hon. Jacob Rees-Mogg MP (Lord President), the Rt. Hon. Oliver Dowden MP (Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport), the Baroness Evans of Bowes Park (Leader of the House of Lords and Lord Privy Seal) and the Rt. Hon. Matthew Hancock MP (Secretary of State for Health and Social Care).

    The Most Reverend and Rt. Hon. the Archbishop of York and the Rt. Hon. Sir Jeremy Stuart-Smith were sworn in as Members of Her Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council.

    Mr. Richard Tilbrook was in attendance as Clerk of the Council.

    The Rt. Hon. Jacob Rees-Mogg MP had an audience of Her Majesty before the Council.

    The Rt. Hon. Boris Johnson MP (Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury) had an audience of The Queen this afternoon.

    The Prince of Wales, on behalf of Her Majesty, this morning held an Investiture at St. James's Palace.

    By command of The Queen, Mr. Alistair Harrison (Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps) called upon His Excellency Professor Arkady Rzegocki at 47 Portland Place, London W1, this morning in order to bid farewell to His Excellency upon relinquishing his appointment as Ambassador from the Republic of Poland to the Court of St. James's.

    Her Majesty was present at a Military Ceremony in the Quadrangle of Windsor Castle this morning to mark The Queen's Official Birthday at which The Queen's Colour of F Company Scots Guards was Paraded, under the command of Lieutenant Colonel Viscount David Marsham (Commanding Officer, 1st Battalion Coldstream Guards).

    The Queen was accompanied by The Duke of Kent (Colonel, Scots Guards).

    The troops on Parade received Her Majesty with a Royal Salute.

    The Bands of the Guards Division played a selection of music during the Ceremony, under the command of Lieutenant Colonel Simon Haw (Coldstream Guards, Commanding Officer, Bands of the Household Division).

    Major General Christopher Ghika (Major General Commanding Household Division) was present.

    Her Majesty witnessed a fly-past by the Red Arrows of the Royal Air Force, led by Squadron Leader Thomas Bould, Royal Air Force, to mark the official celebration of The Queen's Birthday.

    A Royal Salute was fired by The King's Troop Royal Horse Artillery from the East Lawn at Windsor Castle, under the command of Major Victoria Flood.

    The Rt. Hon. Justin Trudeau MP (Prime Minister of Canada) had an audience of The Queen via video link this afternoon.

    The Queen, accompanied by The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall, and The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, this evening attended a Reception at the Eden Project, Bodelva, Par, on the occasion of the G7 Summit and was received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Cornwall (Colonel Edward Bolitho) and Sir Timothy Smit (Co-Founder, Eden Project).

    The Queen, with The Duchess of Cornwall, Patron, the Big Lunch, and The Duchess of Cambridge, afterwards met representatives of the Big Lunch, and local essential workers and volunteers at the Street, Eden Project, and was received by Sir Ferrers Vyvyan, Bt. (Deputy Lieutenant of Cornwall), Mr. Peter Stewart (Executive Director, Eden Project) and Ms. Lindsey Brummitt (Programme Director, Big Lunch Eden Project).

    Colonel Edward Bolitho (Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Cornwall) was present at Cornwall Airport, Newquay, this morning upon the Arrival of The President of the French Republic and welcomed His Excellency on behalf of The Queen.

    Mrs. Jane Hartley (Deputy Lieutenant of Cornwall) was present at Cornwall Airport this afternoon upon the Arrival of The President of the Republic of South Africa and welcomed His Excellency on behalf of Her Majesty.

    Mrs. Jane Hartley was present at Cornwall Airport this evening upon the Arrival of The President of the Republic of South Korea and welcomed His Excellency on behalf of The Queen.

    His Excellency Mr. Lokdarshan Regmi was received in audience by The Queen today via video link and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal to the Court of St. James's.

    Mrs. Regmi was also received by Her Majesty.

    Her Excellency Ms. Josefa Gonzalez-Blanco was received in audience by The Queen via video link and presented the Letters of Recall of her predecessor and her own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the United Mexican States to the Court of St. James's.

    Sir Philip Barton (Permanent Under-Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs) was present.

    The Rt. Hon. Boris Johnson MP (Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury) had an audience of Her Majesty via telephone this evening.

    Her Excellency Ms. Albertina MacDonald was received in audience by Her Majesty via video link and presented the Letters of Recall of her predecessor and her own Letters of Commission as High Commissioner for the Republic of Mozambique in London.
